The Dennard Deas Daher Trio is Allen Dennard (Trumpet), Josef Deas (Bass) and myself (Drums). The group harnesses raw, rhythmic, and spiritual improvisational energy in their explorations of the open space of the chordless trio. The trio flows between standards, original compositions, and conceptually structured improvisations in their sonic journeys through the eternal present. Since 2018, the group has performed in various venues in Detroit, including Cliff Bells, the Congregation, Motor City Wine, and the Greenroom Gallery.  Starting in Fall 2023, the trio will have a monthly performance the 2nd weekend of each month at Motor City Wine in Detroit.
